Do I use them wet or dry?

Do I press or wipe?
Wipe, gently. A light wipe is enough, even for eye makeup.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash in a wash bag on a gentle cycle, or hand wash with gentle soap, then air dry completely before the next use.
